MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded outside of a business on the 700 block of Massachusetts Avenue for the report of a disturbance. A victim reported they'd been assaulted by another person after they'd left a bar.

WARE ST
Police responded to Ware Street for the report of a larceny in progress. Victim stated their purse that was stolen from the lobby of the apartment building.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the Central Sq Fire Station for a report that a person had walked in and was refusing to exit. Officers responded and it was learned that the person, Christopher Shuttle, 35, unhoused, had entered the fire station, pulled his pants down and began touching himself in front of several firefighters. Shuttle later kicked a firefighter and spit on a police officer. Shuttle was placed under arrest on related charges.

STEARNS ST
Police responded to a Stearns St. residence to take a report of a past breaking & entering to a motor vehicle. The victim stated they noticed their vehicle broken into and damage to their center console.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Police responded to a store on Somerville Ave. for the report of a past shoplifting. It was reported to police that two individuals shoplifted items totaling approximately $700.00.

WARE ST
Police responded to a Ware street apartment after a resident called police to report that a purse was stolen from the lobby of their residence earlier in the day.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Police responded to a Somerville Ave. business for a shoplifting in progress. As a result, Donald Blanchard, 37, of Bridgewater was placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Concealment and Trespassing. Blanchard was seen by lost prevention attempt to pay for items totaling $328.32. When the payment method failed, BLANCHARD proceeded to walk out of the store with the items in bags. Blanchard had been previously trespassed from the business.

MADISON AVE
Police responded to a residence on Madison Avenue for a report of a stolen bicycle. Victim stated the bike, valued at $500, was stolen from the garage.

WESTERN AVE
A resident from Western Ave reported their bank notified them of suspected fraudulent activity. Unknown suspect(s) stole $11,600 from their bank accounts.

PROSPECT ST
Police responded to a business on the 100 block of Prospect St. on a report of a shoplifting. On-scene officers placed Robert Powers, 62, of Cambridge under arrest for Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise after store staff stated Mr. Powers was observed placing two ribeye steaks inside his sweater, and leaving the store without paying for them.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Police responded to a Somerville Ave. business for a report of a shoplifting. Store staff reported that two individuals, identified as Diego Cota, 25, of Somerville and Kassandra Cota, 23, of Somerville had loaded $552.28 worth of merchandise into a shopping card, and walked out of the store without rendering payment. Loss prevention was able to stop both until officers arrived, they were subsequently placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Asportation.

SOMERVILLE AVE
While on an unrelated call for service, staff from a Somerville Ave business alerted officers to another person shoplifting. Staff informed officers that a male in the store, identified as Eoin Dempsey, 21, of Cambridge, had stolen from the store on 12 times. In those times, Dempsey would use the self check out machine to scan a product valued at $0.99 in place of various higher priced items. During today's incident Dempsey had falsely scanned three packages of meats and concealed one ginger shot in his pocket with a total retail value of $25.86. Dempsey was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with one count of Shoplifting by Asportation.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for a past shoplifting from a business in Central Sq. Store staff stated that a suspect had entered the store and scanned over $50 in merchandise at a self-scanner but left the store with the items without rendering payment.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Roger A. Henderson, 36, unhoused with a last known address in Marlborough, was placed under arrest for a default warrant out of Cambridge District Court.

MURRAY HILL RD
Police responded to a residence on Murray Hill Road for a report of an unknown male urinating and defecating in the victim's driveway.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the 2200 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of stolen packages. Victim reported three packages that contained items valued at $57.00 were stolen from the front of their residence.

EDUCATION CIR
Police responded to Education Circle for a report of an attempted breaking & entering. A security supervisor for the building reported that over the past couple weeks several windows have been broken in an apparent attempt to gain entry to the bike storage room.

MONTGOMERY ST
Police responded to a residence on Montgomery Street for a report of 2 stolen packages. Victim reported that two packages were stolen from the front of their residence, the packages contained $220 in merchandise.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to a Central Square business for a shoplifting. Store staff reported a suspect had attempted to steal multiple clothing items with a combined value of $42.96. When confronted by staff the suspect dropped the items and fled the area.

GARDEN ST
Police responded to Garden St. to take a report for an online scam. A victim reported they were scammed out of $480 by an individual they'd connected with on a dating app.

GREEN ST & MAGAZINE ST
Police arrested Genesis Packard, 21, unhoused, on a warrant out of Boston Municipal Court. Following the arrest, Packard was found to be in possession of a counterfeit $100 bill, leading to an additional charge.

MAIN ST & OSBORN ST
Police arrested Thomas Miller, 42, of Somerville for three active warrants out of Cambridge District Court.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue for the report of a disturbance. Officers spoke to all involved and learned that one of the involved persons had made a verbal threat to slice a victims threat. This individual, a Boston resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

PORTER RD
Police responded to Porter Road for a larceny of a bicycle. Victim reported their electric bike, valued at approximately $500, was locked to a pole and when they returned it had been stolen.
