    Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Education Street and Education Circle for an observed violation. The involved vehicle was found to have it's registration revoked for lack of insurance. The vehicle was towed and the owner, a Malden resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

    Police responded to a Mt. Auburn Street business for a burglary alarm. Upon arrival units discovered the front door had been smashed with a rock. It did not appear as if any merchandise had been taken.

    A Craigie Street resident reported a larceny. Victim stated that a set of keys were stolen from the unsecured front entrance of their apartment building.

    Police responded to a report of a bicycle larceny on Harvard Street. Victim stated their bike, valued at approximately $2,000, was stolen from the sidewalk after it had been chained to a pole.

    Police took a report for a past larceny. Victim stated they'd given money to an individual known to them in order to pay for lunch. The suspect never returned with the money or food.

    Police responded to Porter Square for a shoplifting. A suspect was found to have stolen $79 in merchandise. The suspect was located and identified, they were trespassed by store staff who did not wish to pursue criminal charges.

    MASSACHUSETTS AVE
    Police placed Richard Parrelli, 29, of Cambridge under arrest for Possession of a Class B Substance - Subsequent Offense. Parrelli was observed by an officer holding a glass pipe and 3 white rocks in his hand. It appeared that he was attempting to place the rocks into the glass pipe. The size and color of the rock like substances, along with the action of being placed into a glass pipe were consistent with crack cocaine.

    Police responded to a business on Somerville Ave for a report of a shoplifting. A store employee reported that a suspect had stolen $22 in merchandise.

    Police responded to a business on Somerville Ave for a report of a shoplifting. Store staff reported that a suspect had stolen $32 in merchandise and had been involved in a prior shoplifting incident. Officers located the individual, identified as Miche Herode, 23, of Cambridge, in possession of the stolen merchandise and subsequently placed him under arrest.

    Police placed Christopher Rivera, 29, unhoused with a last known address in Worcester under arrest on Green St. Officers approached Rivera after he was observed acting erratically, he was then seen holding a substance that was consistent in size, weight, and color to crack cocaine and had a glass pipe next to him on the ground. Officers later learned Rivera had an active warrant out of Fall River District Court.

    Police officers observed a male, later identified as John Daluz, 49, of Cambridge actively lighting a glass pipe. Daluz was found to be in possession of a baggy with residue of a white rock substance, consistent with crack cocaine. DALUZ was subsequently placed under arrest.

    Police were flagged down in the area of Massachusetts Avenue at Sellers St by a person wanting to turn in suspected illegal drugs.

    Police responded to Pearl Street for a report of stolen motor vehicle. Victim stated their vehicle had been stolen while parked on Pearl St near Lawrence St.
