Police were dispatched to Richdale Ave to assist security with a suspicious person who was loitering near the bike rack. The involved person, Marcus Barros, 34 of Chelsea, was placed under arrest after he was found to have an active warrant out of the Boston Municipal Court.

Ryan Hurley, 42, of Somerville MA, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting by Asportation and Possession of a Class B Drug. Officers stopped Hurley attempting to exit an establishment without rendering payment. A search of Hurley's belongings revealed he was in possession of a plastic baggy with small white rock like substances, subsequently identified as crack cocaine.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE Police responded to a business located on the 500 block of Massachusetts Ave after loss prevention staff reported that they had a shoplifter detained. Staff reported that the shoplifter had attempted to leave the store without paying for a number of items.

Police officers placed Peter Raymon, 57, unhoused, under arrest for defacing property. Officers responded to Huron Ave, for a report of a person attempting to steal a moped. Mr. Raymon was wantonly defacing the moped, that did not belong to him, and was subsequently arrested. It was later discovered that Mr. Raymon had two active warrants out of the Boston District Court.
