Officers attempted to stop a motorcycle that was not displaying a license plate and was driving in an erratic fashion down Massachusetts Ave towards Albany Street. The motorcyclist failed to stop and continued down Massachusetts Ave. Officers did not pursue the motorcycle.

Officers were approached by a Cambridge resident who wanted to report a past larceny that took place on the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue. The resident told officers that they gave a known individual their wallet to hold while running an errand. When the resident returned, the individual was gone with the wallet. The wallet contained $200, credit cards, IDs, and MBTA Passes.

Officers placed David Foster, 55, of Norwell, MA, and Robert Bonds, 45, of Cambridge, under arrest for assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Additionally , Bonds was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Officers witnessed both parties in a physical fight at the intersection of Essex St and Massachusetts Avenue. As Officers approached, the two parties grabbed each other and began to wrestle back and forth. During this altercation, Bonds threw Foster to the ground and kicked him in the head with a shoe on his foot.

A manager of a store on the 200 block of Alewife Brook Parkway reported that a suspect was observed putting items totaling to $31.87 into a personal bag and walking out of the store without paying. The manager gave a description of the suspect to the officers and believes that the suspect has shoplifted from the store before.

While officers were on Massachusetts Ave, an audible alarm was heard coming from the zero block of Inman St. While investigating the alarm, officers interacted with Gregg Jenkins, 44, of Cambridge. Officers discovered that Jenkins had an active warrant out of Medford, he was placed under arrest without incident.

EMILY ST & SIDNEY ST Officers observed a motorcycle operating on the public way without a license plate at the intersection of Emily St and Sidney St. A traffic stop was conducted and it was concluded that the operator of the motorcycle did not possess a valid motorcycle driver's license. The motorcycle was towed and the owner / operator, a Revere resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

It was learned that the motorcycle had false plates attached, was not registered or insured, and the operator was not properly licensed. As a result of the stop the operator, a Lawrence resident, will be summoned to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

The suspect walked into the store and was witnessed grabbing multiple items, which totaled to $103.55, and leaving the store without paying for them. The suspect was identified as a Boston male, they will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.
