    Police located the victim of a past assault & battery on the 2300 block of Mass Ave. Victim stated they'd been physically assaulted by two unknown individuals. The victim was transported to a local hospital by EMS.

    Police responded to White St. for a report of a past assault. The victim stated they'd been sprayed with OC spray in the area of Massachusetts Ave. and Beech St. by an unknown male who then stole their prescription medication.

    CPD officers and detectives conducted a search warrant of a residence on the 800 block of Massachusetts Ave. As a result of the search, Hector Nunez-Gonzalez, 46 of Cambridge was placed under arrest and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class E Drug, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drug.

    CPD officers and detectives conducted a search warrant of a residence on the 800 block of Massachusetts Ave. As a result of the search, Joshua Cardona-Torres, 24 of Cambridge, was placed under arrest and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Cocaine and Possession of a Class B substance.

    Police responded to a Walden Street address on a report of a Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. An individual reported their vehicle stolen from Walden Street next to their driveway. This individual stated that they parked their vehicle outside of their residence and accidentally left it unlocked overnight. When they woke up this morning the vehicle was gone.

    Police placed Anthony Fernando Herrera, 57, unhoused, under arrest for Possession of a Class B Substance. Herrera was observed standing in a vestibule on Green Street with a glass pipe, consistent with the ones used to smoke crack cocaine, in plain view. Officers then discovered a white, rock like substance, presumed to be crack cocaine, in his possession.

    Police arrested Mariala Morris, 57 of Boston for one charge of Shoplifting by Asportation. Police were called to a River St business for a report of a shoplifter. After an investigation, officers discovered that Morris concealed multiple packages of frozen seafood in her bag and left the store without paying. Officers located Morris nearby matching the suspect description and subsequently found the stolen seafood in the tote-bag she was carrying.

It was later discovered the suspect, identified as Jamie Butler, 30, of Fitchburg had stolen merchandise during two separate incidents today. Butler was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of Shoplifting by Asportation.

    Police in the area of Putnam Avenue and Magee Street conducted a motor vehicle stop for an observed violation. The operator of the motorcycle was found to not be properly licensed. As such the operator, a Boston resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

    Police responded to Washington St. for a report of a past breaking & entering to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival officers met with an individual who stated they parked on the 400 block of Washington St., when they returned they noticed that their center console was open and items were scattered all over the place.

    Police responded to an area in North Cambridge for a report of 2 gunshots. Upon the units arrival an area search was conducted which yielded negative results. Officers then made contact with the reporting party who stated that it was a quiet night and they heard a loud bang and approximately 30-45 seconds later another similar sounding bang.
