SOMERVILLE AVE
Officers responded to a business on the 800 block of Somerville Ave for a report of two individuals shoplifting. The reporting party told officers that a total of $6,000 worth of items were stolen.

CHURCH ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Officers conducted a well being check on two unhoused individuals laying on the ground on the near the intersection of Church St and Massachusetts Ave. When Officers spoke with Armani Esty, 24, unhoused, they became hostile. Esty grabbed a metal pipe next to her and used it to strike an officer on the left arm. Esty refused to comply with officer's commands and kicked an officer before being placed under arrest.

BROADWAY & DANA ST
Officers responded to a report of a past vandalization of construction equipment near the intersection of Broadway and Dana St.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Sulieman DeJesus, 41, of Somerville, was arrested for one count of Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise and one count of Resisting Arrest at a business located on the 800 block of Somerville Ave. Store staff reported DeJesus had stolen a camera valued at $199.99. Officers stopped DeJesus and found the item concealed in his bags. When officers told DeJesus he was being placed under arrest he physically resisted their attempts to handcuff him.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Officers came across a motor vehicle and bicycle that had been involved in a crash on the 300 block of Massachusetts Ave. Both parties reported no injuries. The motorist was issued a citation.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Officers conducted a check person on a individual on the 800 block of Massachusetts Avenue. The individual reported they'd been assaulted with a weapon some time over the weekend in Central Square, resulting in a laceration on the back of their head. Officers offered to have the individual evaluated by EMS but they declined any assistance.

LINNAEAN ST
Officer responded to Linnaean St for a past assault report. A resident reported they had been physically assaulted on Mt. Auburn St. the week prior.

PROSPECT ST
Officers responded to the 100 block of Prospect St for a report of a resident being scammed. The resident told officers that they were scammed out of around $2,000 by an individual posing as a loan officer.

RINDGE AVE
A resident walked into the station to report a larceny. The resident told officers that they were contacted by a known individual on social media telling them that they could make $15,000. The resident ended up meeting with the individual and gave them their bank account information. Over the next few days, the resident reported that $2,500 was withdrawn from their account.

BINNEY ST
Officers took a report of a van that backed into two pedestrians in the 200 block of Binney Street. One pedestrian was transported to a local hospital for an evaluation of potential minor injuries.

RIVER ST
Officers responded to a business on the 300 block of River Street to investigate a shoplifting. The reporting party stated that a known party stole around $20 worth of items.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Officers observed a motorcycle operating on Massachusetts Avenue without a license plate. As a result a traffic stop was conducted, it was concluded that the operator of the motorcycle also did not possess a proper driver's license. The operator will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

BISHOP ALLEN DR & NORFOLK ST
Officers responded to the area of Bishop Allen Drive and Norfolk Street for a past larceny. A resident told officers that their purse was stolen after they'd left it on a table inside a tent. The purse contained a debit card, a Snap card, and $40 cash.

GROZIER RD
A Grozier Road resident reported that an unknown person used their name and account information to make unauthorized purchases.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Officers responded to the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue with regard to a missing wallet. The wallet was found and re-united with its rightful owner who reported that they'd received a fraud alert indicating someone had attempted to make a $208.95 purchase using a card in the wallet.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Officers took a report for a past hit and run crash on the 1000 block of Cambridge Street.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & PROSPECT ST
Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop of a motorcycle for an observed violation at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Prospect Street. The operator of the motorcycle was found to not be properly licensed. They will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A resident reported a past larceny on the 1000 block of Massachusetts Avenue. The resident stated that an unknown individual stole a set of golf clubs that are worth around $500 from the storage room located in the basement of a residential building.

DOVER STREET
A resident reported a past larceny. The resident told officers that a wireless speaker, valued at $495, was taken from their home on Dover Street.

MAGAZINE ST
Medson Muteramyi, 18, of Chelsea was placed under arrest for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers conducted a motor vehicle after Muteramyi was observed speeding on Magazine Street.

HARVARD ST
Officers responded to the 200 block of Harvard Street for a package theft report. The reporting party told officers a package valued at $200 was stolen from their front porch.

SHERMAN ST
Officers responded to the 100 block of Sherman Street for a report of a motor vehicle striking a street sign and leaving the scene.

CAMBRIDGE ST & TREMONT ST
Officers responded to the area Cambridge Street & Tremont Street for a report of a car alarm. The vehicle owner reported a long scratch on the car door was discovered.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Officers responded to a Massachusetts Avenue business for the report of a shoplifting. Store staff reported that a suspect, identified as a South Boston resident, had attempted to leave with items totaling to $126.11. The suspect will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court.

GORE ST & RUFO RD
Officers responded to the area of Gore Street and Rufo Road for a past assault and battery report. The victim told officers that two unknown males sprayed him with some unknown liquid and ran off. The victim did not report any injury and declined an offer for medical attention.

COOLIDGE HILL
Officers took a report for criminal harassment incident that occurred on the 100 block of Coolidge Hill.
