PRESCOTT ST
Officers responded to Prescott Street for a report of a stolen scooter. Upon arrivals, officers met with the scooter's owner, who found the scooter via GPS tracker and noticed that a lock was placed on it. Ownership was verified and the scooter was returned to it's rightful owner.

Officers responded to the 200 block of Broadway for a report of malicious destruction. The reporting party stated that an unknown individual exited their vehicle and began to instigate a fight with the reporting party, who refused to roll down his window for the individual. As the individual was walking back to their car, the individual struck the reporting party's window with a closed fist causing a visible crack.

Emmanuel Olivie, 25, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest after it was determined there was probable cause that he committed an unarmed robbery at a Rindge Ave business. It was also determined he had an active warrant out of Concord.

Erin Weafer, 45, of Cambridge, was arrested for possession of a suspected Class B substance in the area of Pearl and Green Street. Officers interacted with Weafer after she was observed attempting to conceal a plastic baggy of a white powdered substance that is believed to be crack cocaine.
