A Boston resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for operating a motorcycle without a valid driver's license. Officers stopped them on Massachusetts Ave near Inman St. after they were observed failing to stop for a red light. The passenger of the motorcycle was also issued a citation for not wearing a helmet.
