SOMERVILLE AVE
Police responded to a Porter Square business for shoplifting. The suspects took a number of items with the total value being $30.

ST PAUL ST
A resident reported their bicycle stolen from St. Paul Street. They noted it was leaning against their fence when it was loaded into a vehicle and taken. The value of the bike was $150.

WORCESTER ST
Following a motor vehicle stop for an observed violation, officers discovered that the involved vehicle had a suspended registration and the operator, a Cambridge resident, had a suspended license. The owner / operator will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

PROSPECT ST
Police responded to the 200 block of Prospect St. for a larceny report. The reporting party claims after an ATM denied their card, an unknown individual managed to withdraw $600 from their account.

TEMPLE ST
Police observed a party at the intersection of Bishop Allen Drive and Inman Street who was known to have an outstanding warrant out of Cambridge District Court. As a result, Leo Henry, 46, of Somerville, was placed under arrest for his warrant. During a search incident to arrest Henry was found to be in possession of a substance believed to be heroin, leading to an additional charge.

MONSIGNOR OBRIEN HWY
A resident reported their backpack stolen from Monsignor O'Brien Hwy. The backpack contained a number of items with an unknown value.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A resident of Boston reported an unknown individual attempted to extort them for $500 through a dating app.

GREEN ST
Police responded to Green Street, for a report of stolen cell phone. The reporting party stated they left it on a counter at a gas station. When they realized, it was gone.

FOREST ST
Police took a report for a stolen bike. The bike was locked to a bike rack, but when they returned the lock was cut and the bike was gone. The bike is valued at approximately $2,500.

COGSWELL AVE
Police responded to a Cogswell Ave residence for the report of a malicious destruction. The reporting party noted the door knob on their front door was broken off and the screen door was ripped.

FOREST ST
Police took a report for a stolen bike. The bike was attached to a bike rack but the lock was cut and the bike, worth $3500, was taken.

BRATTLE ST
Police took a report a past unarmed robbery. The reporting party claimed their hat had been taken off their head and stolen.

HARVARD YARD
Police were called to Harvard Yard for a larceny report. The reporting party noted their cellphone fell out of their pocket while they'd been riding their bike through Central Sq. and by the time they realized it had been taken.

MAGAZINE ST
Police attempted to stop a moped in the area of Central Square for traffic and registration violations. The moped operator failed to stop for police and fled. Officers did not pursue for safety reasons.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the 1500 block of Massachusetts Ave for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported. Officers issued a citation to one of the involved operators.

ALBANY ST
Police responded to the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Albany Street for a past assault & battery. The reporting party noted the altercation got physical but declined an offer to be evaluated by EMS.

MAGAZINE ST
Police responded to the area of Green Street & Magazine Street for the report of an operator asleep behind the wheel of their vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and ultimately arrested the operator, Maximiliano Perez, 42, of Winchester, for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor.

FAYERWEATHER ST
A resident reported a break-in to their vehicle that occurred sometime overnight, nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle.

WINTHROP ST
A Boston resident reported that while showering at a local church, their money and ID were stolen from the shower area.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for a past larceny in Central Sq. The reporting party stated that while receiving medical care their wallet was taken. When the wallet was returned, their credit card was missing with $350 of charges that they did not make.

WALDEN SQUARE RD
Patricia Farrell, 59, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for two warrants issued out of Cambridge District Court.

BRATTLE ST
Police responded to Brattle St. on a past shoplifting. The reporting party stated the individual was seen leaving a store with items of clothing that still had tags attached despite not making any purchases.

GREEN ST
Police were dispatched to a Green St. residence for a larceny report. The reporting person stated an unknown suspect entered their home and stole their tablet valued at $800.00.
