Police observed a party at the intersection of Bishop Allen Drive and Inman Street who was known to have an outstanding warrant out of Cambridge District Court. As a result, Leo Henry, 46, of Somerville, was placed under arrest for his warrant. During a search incident to arrest Henry was found to be in possession of a substance believed to be heroin, leading to an additional charge.
