Officers responded to the zero block of Broadway St for a report of a past trespassing incident. The reporting party told officers that a group of four men entered the main lobby of the building for approximately thirty minutes. Then, one of the males deployed several helium balloons into the air all equipped with what appeared to be a small speaker/device, which sounded an alarm. All four men ran out of the building once the ballons were deployed.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Erie St. for a resident stating their motor vehicle had been broken into. The resident discovered the passenger door had been left open and the passenger side locking mechanism was now broken. Nothing had been stolen from the vehicle, but a package of baby wipes was left on the front passenger seat.

Officers responded to a disturbance on JFK Street. The reporting party told officers that while he was riding his bike in the designated bike lane, he approached a car to tell the driver to get out of the bike lane. The driver yelled something and then reversed into the reporting party, dragging him to the side walk. The driver attempted to hit the reporting party with his car again before leaving the scene. The reporting party declined to be evaluated by EMS.

The driver's side mirror was smashed and hanging, the door frame was scratched, and puncture damage to the rear bumper. The reporting person believes this was the result of a parking dispute with someone who tried to save a space.

Later, when the reporting party went to retrieve the packages, he discovered the two packages completely ripped open. One of the packages was valued at $29.00, the other's value is unknown.

Marcus Pixley, 64, of Cambridge, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender, indecent exposure, and resisting arrest. Officers stopped Pixley after he'd urinated in a public park, he was found to be in violation of his sex offender registration requirements and actively resisted attempts to place him under arrest.
