    A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle on a public way. Officers found the vehicle on Broadway while responding to a parking complaint. The vehicle was towed.

    Police responded to an Erie Street residence for a larceny report. The reporting party stated they were visiting a friend and left a suitcase containing items valued at $36.00. When they returned the suitcase was gone.

    A resident of Clifton Pl. reported they were the victim of an online scam. The victim applied for a loan online and later learned their bank account and credit card information was compromised, resulting in several thousand dollars in fraudulent charges.

    Louise Anne Silvia, 47 of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for possession of a Class B Controlled Substance. Officers approached Silvia on Norfolk Street with a suspected crack pipe. During the interaction Silvia was found to be in possession of a white rock like substance believed to be crack cocaine.

    Police responded to a River St. business for a report of a shoplifting. On-scene officers stopped a male, later identified as Brandon Cobb - Costa, 29 of Boston with stolen merchandise in his possession. Cobb - Costa was placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Asportation - 2nd Offense. He was later found to have illegal narcotics in his possession leading to an additional charge and an active warrant out of Roxbury District Court.

    Police responded to the area of Child Street for a larceny report. The reporting party stated they sold a computer monitor to an unknown party, when they returned to their apartment they noticed that the payment was made in movie prop money.
