SIXTH ST
Richard Wheeler, 65, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest on Cambridge St. for 4 outstanding warrants out of Cambridge District Court.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Police responded to a local hospital after a patient was found with to have a loaded magazine for a firearm in their property. There was no firearm. The magazine was taken for safe keeping and the circumstances are under investigation.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Police responded to a local business for a past shoplifting incident. Staff reported that several days prior, two suspects worked together and stole approximately $530 worth of merchandise.

JFK ST
Police responded to a local pharmacy for a report of a suspicious person. Reporting person stated they were followed to several locations and had their picture taken by an unknown individual using a cellphone camera.

PUTNAM GDNS
A resident of Putnam Gardens reported that an individual with whom they've had issues with was approaching neighbors with their picture in an attempt to get information about them.

MEMORIAL DR FL
Police responded to the 100 block of Pleasant Street for a motor vehicle crash. Three vehicles were involved, the driver of one vehicle was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
A Brockton resident reported their vehicle was stuck while attempting to merge in traffic on CambridgePark Dr. The operator of the other involved vehicle then fled the scene.

FRESH POND PKWY
Dennis Taft, 75, unhoused with a last known address in Bedford, was placed under arrest for Assault & Battery Dangerous Weapon and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon at the Fresh Pond Reservation. Police responded to assist a Cambridge Park Ranger with a disturbance, the Ranger had been assaulted by Taft with a beer can and walking stick after they'd asked Taft to stop drinking beer in the public park.

WINDSOR ST
A Windsor St resident reports that a package was stolen from inside their building's foyer area. The package contained cat litter worth approximately $40.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A business in Central Sq. reported that yesterday a suspect stole approximately $50 in merchandise by not scanning it in a self-checkout line.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for a larceny in Central Square. The victim stated a suspect stole a pocketbook containing around $2000 and fled the area.

BRATTLE ST
Police responded to a crash at the intersection of Appleton St and Brattle St. One operator was transported to a local hospital for a non-life-threatening injury.

RIVER ST
Rafael Estrella, 43, unhoused with a last known address in Boston, was placed under arrest on River St. for two counts of Shoplifting by Asportation. It was reported by store employees that Estrella took approximately $45.00 worth of merchandise from their business and was later learned he'd stolen $17.00 worth of merchandise from another nearby business.

BINNEY ST
A resident reports their personal information was used to open up a credit card. Nothing was charged to the unauthorized account before it was cancelled.

CAMBRIDGE ST
A person reported a hit and run crash on Cambridge St. that resulted in minor injuries. A Boston resident stated that while riding an electric bike in a bike lane they collided with a sedan that was turning into a local medical facility.

NEW ST
An employee of a restaurant reported two individuals attempted to carjack them when they were leaving work the prior night.

CLARENDON AVE
Police responded to Clarendon Ave for a past hit and run crash. The reporting party noted their car sustained significant damage to the front end while parked unoccupied.

RINDGE AVE
Police responded to Rindge Ave. for a report of a malicious destruction report. The reporting party stated their vehicle's windshield was smashed and large scrapes were scratched on the hood.

WORCESTER ST
Police responded to Worcester St for reports of a larceny of a package. The package contained gaming equipment worth $450.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Police responded to a local pharmacy for a report of a larceny in progress. The victim stated their rental bike, valued at $1,200, was taken from the front of a store.

HAMPSHIRE ST
Police responded to Hampshire St for reports of a hit & run crash. The victim claimed they parked their vehicle and when they returned there was significant damage to the left rear.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Pearl Street for the report of a past larceny of an electric bicycle. Victim stated their bike, valued at $750, had been left outside unlocked while they went in to a business to pick-up takeout food. When they returned it had been stolen.
