ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY & RINDGE AVE
Police responded to the intersection of Alewife Brook Parkway and Rindge Avenue for a single car motor vehicle crash. Involved operator was evaluated by EMS but refused transportation to a hospital.

SAVILLE ST
A resident reported that an unknown person damaged and removed a fog light cover on their vehicle while it was parked, unoccupied overnight on Saville Street.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & PEARL ST
Shuaib Mewborn, 47 of Boston was placed under arrest for Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Resist Arrest, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer - Serious Bodily Injury, Vandalize Property, Assault & Battery on Police Officer, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (x2) during an incident in Central Sq. Police interacted with Mewborn after a bystander reported to police that Mewborn had punched them in an unprovoked assault. While being placed under arrest Mewborn actively resisted, biting one officer causing injury and kicking another.

BINNEY ST & THIRD ST
Police responded to Third Street after a detail officer was approached about a possible crash involving a cement truck and a bicyclist. Neither person was on-scene when officers arrived to investigate.

HARVEY ST
Police responded to Harvey St for a larceny of a bicycle report. Victim stated their bike, valued at $800, was stolen from the bike room in their apartment building.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for an attempted to larceny from a of business. Reporting person stated an unknown person had unsuccessfully attempted to transfer $19,399.60 and $21,050.00 from the businesses bank account without authorization.

SPARKS ST
A resident of Sparks St. reported a package stolen. Victim got a notification that a package was delivered to their address but it was gone when they went to retrieve it. Package contained an item valued at $69.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took report for a past larceny that occurred on Western Ave. Reporting person was delivering food when they left their bike helmet outside an unknown restaurant. When they returned from the restaurant, they found the helmet to be stolen.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Somerville resident reported the theft of their wallet. The victim stated that a suspect stole their wallet off of the bar inside a Central Sq. business. Victim stated the wallet contained multiple credit cards and $50 cash.

FRANKLIN ST
Police responded to Franklin Street for a report of an attempted larceny. The reporting party informed officers that they found a suspect attempting to take a $3000 electrical bicycle. The victim yelled at the suspect who fled with a $50 bike pump.

CHILD ST
An individual reported they were threatened and their dog was assaulted last week in a dog park on Child Street.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & MEMORIAL DR
Police responded to Massachusetts Ave and Memorial Dr. for a motor vehicle crash. A city street light was struck and damaged by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene.
