Anna Epstein, 21, of Belmont; David Fleig, 51, of Arlington; and Bronte Wen, 27, of Somerville were placed under arrest for multiple offenses during a protest in Harvard Sq. Officers attempted to place Epstein under arrest after she repeatedly pushed a metal barricade into a roadway despite having been told numerous times not to. Epstein then actively resisted arrest, during which time Fleig and Wen became physically assaultive toward officers. Fleig hit an officer in the mouth with a megaphone and charged another, pushing them to the ground. Wen threw a balloon containing an unknown liquid onto an officer, before kicking another.

Andrew Landrum, 21 of Mattapan and Krystal Jalbert , 40 of Cambridge were placed under arrest for drug offenses on Franklin St. Officers observed Landrum and Jalbert engaged in a suspected street level drug transaction. When officers stopped and interacted with the pair, each was found to be in possession of a white, rock like substance suspected to be crack cocaine.
