Alex Semambo, 42, of Norwood was placed under arrest on a charge of OUI-Liquor. Semambo was found asleep with an open container of an alcoholic beverage in his running vehicle that was parked in a bike lane. Officers conducted Standard Field Sobriety Tests (SFST) during which Semambo showed multiple signs of impairment.

The resident had not ordered anything and Porro Quintallia was unable to show anything that validated his claim.
