    Gale Lewis, 69, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest and will be charged with Withholding Evidence, and Possession to Distribute Class B. Lewis was seen smoking out of a small glass pipe, commonly used for crack-cocaine. Upon questioning, Lewis revealed two packets of crack.
