    MAGAZINE ST Janice Horton, 43 of Cambridge, was arrested will be charged with Possession of a Class B Substance. Additionally, Richard Parrelli, 29, of Cambridge, was arrested and will be charged with Possession of a Class B Substance - Subsequent Offence. Police interacted with the pair after they were observed sitting on the steps of a local church, lighting the end of a glass pipe which is commonly done when smoking crack cocaine. Officers found suspect suspected crack cocaine in their possession.

    Barry Gibson, 65, of Allston MA was arrested on charges including Defacing Property, and Disorderly Conduct. Officers came in contact with the Gibson at the intersection of Cambridge Street and Tremont Street when responding to a call about a male who smashed a beer bottle on the sidewalk and ripped flyers off of a pole. During the interaction Gibson yelled at officers and on-lookers, causing a disturbance.
