    Alicia Morasse, 30, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on charges of Possession of a Class B Drug, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer, and two outstanding warrants. Officers observed Morasse smoking a crack pipe and approached her. It was discovered that Morasse had an outstanding warrant from Boston and an outstanding warrant from Cambridge. While Morasse was being placed under arrest, she stomped on an officer's foot.
