RIVER ST
Hugo Montoya, 42, of Waltham was placed under arrest on a charge of Breaking & Entering and Vandalize Property. Police responded to a call for a possible breaking & entering to a residence on River St., Montoya was located inside the residence sleeping on the couch. It was confirmed that Montoya did not live at this residence or have a legal right to be there.

CHARLES ST
Police took a report from a Charles St. resident with regard to an attempted breaking & entering.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Police responded to a business on Alewife Brook Parkway for a disturbance. The store manager reported an on-going issue with a repeat shoplifter.

HEWS ST & WESTERN AVE
Police took a report for a past hit & run crash with personal injury. Victim reported that while riding their scooter in a bike lane at the intersection of Hews St & Western Ave they collided with a turning vehicle, causing minor injuries.

WENDELL ST
John Sheehan, 61, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for active warrants out of Cambridge District Court.

BENNETT ST
A Malden resident stated that they were threatened by a known individual during a confrontation at their workplace.

SEAGRAVE RD
Police responded to Seagrave Rd for a past breaking & entering. The reporting party stated that their shed and garage were broken into and there were power tools missing.

MT AUBURN ST
Paul Anchristo, 31, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for Trespassing. Prior to the arrest, Anchristo was instructed to leave a property on Mt. Auburn St numerous times but refused.

BROADWAY
Police responded to the 0 block of Broadway for an identity fraud report. A hotel security manager reported that an individual who stayed at the hotel back in May fraudulently used a credit card to pay their bill.

TEMPLE ST
A resident reported that a package, containing $30.00 in merchandise was stolen from their residence on the 0 block of Temple St.

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
A resident reported that an unknown person had utilized their personal information to fraudulently claim $3,091.00 in unemployment benefits.

ALLSTON ST
A resident reported that their vehicle had been broken into while parked at the 100th block of Allston St. Nothing is believed to have been stolen.

WENDELL ST
Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle on the 0 block of Wendell St. Victim stated that the wire lock was cut and the bike was gone when they returned.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & SIDNEY ST EXT
Wanderson Rodrigues Da Silva, 38, of Medford was placed under arrest for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop for an observed violation near the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Sidney St. Ext.

MAIN ST & VASSAR ST
Police responded to the area of Main St & Vassar St. for a crash involving a cyclist. The cyclist declined medical attention, the motorist was issued a citation.

RIVER ST
Police responded to the 300th block of River St for a report of a past larceny. The reporting party stated that their bicycle, valued at $500.00, was stolen from their backyard.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
An employee of a business on the 100th block of Alewife Brook Parkway reported a suspect had attempted to steal $309 worth of merchandise but dropped the items and fled once they realized they were being watched by store security.

CHAUNCY ST
A resident reported that packages, containing $38.99 in merchandise, was stolen from their residence on the 0 block of Chauncy St.

MEMORIAL DR
Police responded to the 800th block of Memorial Drive for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. The owner stated that their car was parked on School St. and when they returned it was gone.

WINDSOR ST & CAMBRIDGE ST
Police took a report of a past hit and run crash that occurred at the intersection of Windsor St & Cambridge St. The individual stated they were hit by a motor vehicle and were transported to the hospital by a friend.

MT AUBURN ST
Officers took a report of a past hit and run crash that took place at 0 block of Mt Auburn St. The reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

PEARL ST
James Owens, 30, of Randolph was arrested on charges of Possession of a Class B Substance - Subsequent Offense and two warrants from Boston. Officers interacted with Owens and several other individuals on the 0 block of Pearl St. Owens was holding an orange pill bottle that contained a white, rock like substance believed to be crack cocaine.

CONCORD AVE
A resident reported that an unknown person threatened by phone call and text that they were going to shoot them.

PEARL ST
Benjamin Josey, 66, unhoused of Cambridge was arrested on a charge of Failing to Register as a Level Three Sex Offender.
