    Hugo Montoya, 42, of Waltham was placed under arrest on a charge of Breaking & Entering and Vandalize Property. Police responded to a call for a possible breaking & entering to a residence on River St., Montoya was located inside the residence sleeping on the couch. It was confirmed that Montoya did not live at this residence or have a legal right to be there.
