    Police responded to the area of Endicott St. and Memorial Dr. for a hit and run crash. Victim stated their vehicle was rear-ended in traffic by another vehicle that then fled the scene. No injuries were reported.

    Monique Dunn, 57, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on charges of Possession of a Class A Substance - Subsequent Offense, Possession of a Class B Substance - Subsequent Offense, and Withhold Evidence from Official Proceeding. Officers approached Dunn after she'd been observed smoking from a glass pipe, like what is commonly used to smoke crack cocaine. Upon spotting the officers, Dunn threw the glass pipe and attempted to cover the pipe and it's content with her foot. After a search of her person, a bag of white, rock like substance consistent with crack cocaine and a brown powder consistent with heroin were discovered.

    Travis Xavier Jackson, 33, of Everett was placed under arrest for OUI-Liquor after the vehicle they were operating collided with a cement median barrier. Jackson informed officers he'd drank alcoholic beverages prior to the crash and gave other indicators of impairment.
