    Merwin Brown, 76, of Cambridge was placed under arrest and will be charged with Possession of a Class B Substance. Officers stopped Brown in Central Sq. after observing a suspected street level drug transaction and found him to be hold a white, rock-like substance believed to be crack cocaine.
