Officers interacted with Walton while responding to a shoplifting call at a Massachusetts Ave business. A store employee reported Walton had attempted to steal $99 worth of merchandise.

    A Bradford resident reported that a bicyclist had intentionally damaged their motor vehicle following a dispute. The victim made a comment to the cyclist about unsafe riding and the cyclist followed them, intentionally smashing their bike into the vehicle, and fleeing the scene.
