    Linda Hamblin, 46, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment, 3rd Offense. Store staff reported that Hamblin had concealed merchandise in a bag while attempting to steal it. Officers stopped Hamblin and found $179 worth of unpaid merchandise in the bag.

    Luciana Favero, 50, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest on charges of Shoplifting by Asportation, Vandalize Property and a warrant out of Cambridge District Court. Officers interacted with Favero at a Prospect St. business after store staff reported she'd stolen $10 worth of food from a hot bar and slammed a potted plant to the ground.

    Jawsome Ivaldy Metayer, 32, of Boston was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment and Provide a False Name after Arrest. Store staff reported to police that Metayer had concealed $13 in ice cream and bakery items in a backpack. Officers subsequently placed Metayer under arrest and he provided a false name during the booking process.

    Tim Splain, 24, unhoused with a last known address in Connecticut, was placed under arrest and charged with Larceny from a Building and Destruction of Property in a Place of Worship. Officers responded to a Harvard Sq. church where Splain was found with three collection bins that contained donations. Splain is also alleged to have urinated on the property.
