Patrick Charles, 47, of Everett, was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under the Influence - Liquor. Police interacted with Charles after he was found asleep behind the wheel of a running motor vehicle. During the interaction he showed signs of impairment.

Police responded to a restaurant on the 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue to assist with removing an unwanted person.

FELTON ST
Police responded to Broadway at Felton St for a report of three dumpster fires in the same area. Cambridge Fire extinguished the fires.

PEMBERTON ST
A Pemberton St. resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $600, was stolen from a garage located at their residence.

HIGHLAND AVE
Police responded to the intersection of Broadway and Highland Ave for a motor vehicle crash involving a cyclist. The cyclist was evaluated by EMS on-scene and declined further treatment. The operator of the motor vehicle was issued a citation.

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
Police responded to Cambridgepark Drive for a report of a past breaking & entering. The reporting party stated an unknown individual gained access to their business and stole items worth $700.

Officers responded to Cambridge St. for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

CONCORD AVE
A Cambridge Parking Enforcement Officer reported a that while issuing a parking ticket, a vehicle sped off. The victim struck their hand causing injury.

HARVARD ST
Police responded to a report of indecent exposure at Sennott Park. Reporting person stated a male's pants had fallen down. The male fled before police arrived.

A Cambridge resident reported an unknown person had utilized their personal information to open an unauthorized account. The account has been used for multiple unauthorized transactions totaling $750.

A Rindge Ave resident reported that an unknown person had utilized their personal information to open an unauthorized account. The account has been used for multiple unauthorized transactions with a value of $4,000 .

A Loomis St. resident reported their vehicle had been broken into while parked in their driveway, nothing is believed to have been stolen.

A Cambridge resident reported they'd been victimized by a scam. The reporting party stated a scammer, pretending to be their boss, instructed them to purchase 5 gift cards with a combined value of $1,000. The scammer then took the gift cards.

Police responded to a Concord Avenue residence for a report of larceny. The reporting party stated an unknown individual stole $30,000-$40,000 worth of art off their walls.

Freydy Raphael Meija, 26, of Boston was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise. An employee of a Central Sq. business reported Meija had stolen $19.83 of merchandise.

A Upland Rd resident reported that an unknown person had utilized their personal information to open an unauthorized account. The account has been used for multiple unauthorized transactions with a value of $900.
