    Cody Judge, 37, out of Boston placed under arrest on a charge of Trespassing. Judge re-entered a bank ATM in Harvard Sq. after having been formally trespassed by a bank security guard. It was also learned that Judge had an active warrant out of Chelsea District Court.

    A Dorchester resident was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for charges related to operating an unregistered motorcycle without a license. The violations were uncovered during a motor vehicle stop for an observed violation near the intersection Massachusetts Ave and Sidney St

    Police responded to the 1000 block of Cambridge St on a report of a disturbance. The store manager stated a customer had been upset that their credit card was not working and began screaming. The customer then shoved the manager and fled the store.

    Police took a report for credit card fraud. The reporting party stated that there were unauthorized charges of $2,459 on their bank statement.
