    Sagine Magloire, 20, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with Malicious Damage to a Motor Vehicle, and Malicious Destruction of Property over $1,200. Police responded to Putnam Gardens for a report of a possible breaking and entering in progress. Magloire damaged the residence and vehicle of a known person.
