    Tamika Wilson, 48, unhoused, was placed under arrest on charges of Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise - 2nd Offense and two active warrants out of West Roxbury District Court. A store employee reported that Wilson had stolen $170 worth of merchandise from inside the store.

    Jamal Finklea, 37, of Boston was placed under arrest on charges of Possession of a Class A Substance - Subsequent Offense and Possession of a Class B Substance - Subsequent Offense. Officers interacted with Finklea to check his well-being after a passerby reported he was asleep inside of a portable restroom. Officers found substances believed to be Heroin and Cocaine in his possession.
