CPD Investigating Evereteze Way Shots Fired Incident

At approximately 4am on Wednesday, December 10th, Cambridge Police responded to Cambridge Street in the vicinity of Evereteze Way for a ShotSpotter activation. Subsequently it was learned that an unknown suspect armed with a firearm confronted an individual who was parking their car. As the victim tried to drive away, the suspect fired several shots, at least one of which struck the vehicle and shattered the rear window. The victim was not physically harmed and made their way to safety before reporting the incident to police. CPD Officers have located ballistic evidence at the scene, there is an active, on-going investigation into this incident.
