Jamel Reese, 44, was placed under arrest for active warrants out of Boston, Cambridge, and Dorchester District Courts.

HARVARD SQ
An employee of a Harvard Sq. business reported a suspect had thrown water at them and fled prior to the arrival of officers.

PACIFIC ST
A Cambridge resident reported that they had been a victim of an online scam.

CHALK ST & MAGAZINE ST
Officers responded to Magazine St. for a hit & run crash. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck in traffic. No injuries were reported.

CAMELIA AVE
A Camelia Ave. resident reported that a package, containing $70.76 in merchandise, was stolen from the lobby of their residence.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Shoplifting by Asportation. The individual stole $166.29 of merchandise from a Massachusetts Ave. business.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Brandi Mahar, 36, unhoused, was placed under arrest for one count of Aggravated Shoplifting. Mahar attempted to steal an item valued at $95, from a Somerville Ave. business by intentionally removing the theft detection device.

WASHINGTON ST
Police responded to a Washington St. residence for a report of a resident's motor vehicle being taken by a known suspect.

BROADWAY
An employee of a Broadway business reported two unknown suspects stole $132.00 of items and fled prior to the arrival of officers.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Dorchester resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for the Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop on Massachusetts Ave.

BROADWAY
A Cambridge resident reported that a personal item, valued at $280.00, was stolen from them at a Broadway business.

PROSPECT ST
Muazir Gurashi, 20, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for an active straight warrant out of Cambridge District Court.

BROADWAY
An employee of a Broadway business reported three suspects accompanied by two other parties stole multiple items and fled prior to the arrival of officers.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Targie Alexandre, 26, of Somerville, was placed under arrest for shoplifting, trespassing, and two active warrants out of courts in Boston. Alexandre stole an item valued at $55 from a Harvard Square business which she had been previously trespassed from.

GARDEN ST
A Garden St. resident reported they recieved a suspected scam email from an unknown individual requesting $1600.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Officers responded to Cambridge St. for a report an assault & battery. Victim stated that two individuals had physically assaulted them inside of a Cambridge St. business following a verbal argument. No injuries were reported.

TECHNOLOGY SQ
Police took a report for a past crash involving a bicyclist that occurred on Technology Sq. Person involved in the crash reported a cyclist struck and damaged their motor vehicle.

FRESH POND PKWY & HURON AVE
Police took a report for a past crash that occurred on Huron Ave. Person involved in the crash reported both motor vehicles slid due to snow conditions, causing one vehicle to rear-end the other.

BAY ST & KINNAIRD ST
Officers responded to Bay St. for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

MEMORIAL DR
An employee of a Memorial Dr. rental car service reported a theft of a motor vehicle.

JFK ST
An individual reported malicious destruction to their motor vehicle while it was parked in a JFK St. building.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to a Massachusetts Ave. business for a report of a disturbance. An employee stated that an unknown suspect had been inside screaming and defacing property.
