    Nicolas Poirier, 28, of Belmont was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor - 2nd Offense. Police responded to the drive-thru line of a Concord Ave business, Poirier was found behind the wheel of a motor vehicle and exhibited signs of impairment.
