WHITE ST
Police responded to a Porter Sq. business for a report of past assault & battery with a dangerous weapon. Store employee reported that an unknown suspect had struck them with an umbrella after being confronted about a suspected shoplifting. The suspect fled, no injuries were reported.

GREEN ST
Police and Fire responded to a Green St. business for an alarm activation. Water damage to the building was documented.

GREEN ST
Police responded to Green St. for an assault and battery. Victim stated they were hit with a blunt object by an unknown suspect, causing non-life-threatening injuries.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Massachusetts Ave. resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $2,000 was stolen from the locked basement of their residential building.

SOMERVILLE AVE
An employee of a Somerville Ave. business reported a shoplifting. Suspect is said to have stolen $420 of merchandise and fled.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Adam Strang, 37, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Asportation - 3rd Offense, as well three (3) outstanding warrants out of courts in Boston. An employee of a Central Sq. business reported Strang had stolen $49.39 of merchandise today and had previously shoplifted numerous times.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to a Harvard Sq. business to remove a group of unwanted persons. While leaving, one of the individuals intentionally knocked books off of a shelf.

JFK ST
Police responded to a Harvard Sq. business for a threats report. The victim stated they received a threatening phone call.

REGENT ST
A Regent St. resident reported receiving unwanted texts and e-mails from a former employer.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
An individual reported they were bitten by a dog inside of a Central Sq. business. No injuries were reported.

HENRY ST
Police responded to Henry St. for the report of a past larceny. Victim stated that a suspect had stolen accessories to their vehicle valued at $1,500.

CAMBRIDGESIDE PL
A Boston resident was summonsed to Cambridge District Court on three charges of Shoplifting. Employees of three businesses on Cambridgeside Pl. reported the same suspect had stolen approximately $300 worth of merchandise from their stores.

GORHAM ST
Police responded to a Gorham St. residence for a report of malicious destruction to a motor vehicle. Victim stated an unknown suspect had thrown a brick at their vehicle, causing damage.

PEARL ST
Police responded to a Pearl St. business for the report of counterfeit currency. Employee stated an unknown suspect had paid a tab using a fake $50 bill.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
An individual reported they witnessed suspicious activity in Central Sq.

GREEN ST
An unhoused resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges of Assault to Intimidate and Threat to Commit a Crime. Officers responded to a Green St. shelter for a report that the suspect intentionally lunged at a victim and attempted to strike them.

SIXTH ST & BINNEY ST
Officers responded to the area of Sixth St. and Binney St. for an unattended backpack. The item was inspected by officers from the Explosive Ordnance Unit (EOD) and determined not to be hazardous.

HARVEY ST
Police responded to Harvey St. for a report of threats. Victim stated they were accosted by an unknown person while walking their dog.

BOWDOIN ST
Police responded to Bowdoin St. for a report of Open and Gross Lewdness. Reporting person stated an unknown individual was observed urinating in their driveway.
