    Jacqueline Marie Quintal, 40, of Somerville was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under Influence - Liquor. Police interacted with Quintal after she was found unresponsive behind the wheel of a running motor vehicle on Bishop Allen Drive at the intersection with Douglass Street. During the interaction, Quintal showed multiple indicators of impairment.
