    Yuwen Zhang, 25, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of Inhaling a Toxic Substance. Officers responded to the lobby of a Wheeler St. residential building and observed Zhang actively inhaling nitrous oxide after being told that it was illegal to do so.

    Leonard Dougenik, 78, of Somerville, was placed under arrest on charges of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor and Leaving the Scene of a Crash with Property Damage. Officers responded to Cambridge St. where it was reported that Dougenik had struck a parked car and was attempting to drive away. During the interaction, Dougenik displayed multiple indicators of impairment.
