    Jeremy Warren, 25, of unhoused, was placed under arrest on charges of Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute. Officers interacted with Warren in Porter Sq. while investigating complaints for drug use, Warren had baggies of suspected fentanyl and crack cocaine in his hands.
