    Nilson Pena Jr., 22, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under the Influence-Liquor, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, and Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Officers interacted with Pena following a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave & Langdon St.. During the interaction, Pena showed multiple indicators of impairment.
