    Anna Borukhov, 30, of Framingham was arrested on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise. A Cambridge Police Officer observed Borukhov conceal $183.19 worth of merchandise inside a personal bag and attempt to leave a Central Sq. business without rendering payment.
