CENTRAL SQUARE
Taron Clayton, 38, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a charge of Assault & Battery. Two uniformed police officers observed Clayton physically assault another person during a verbal argument in Central Square.

FRANKLIN ST & PLEASANT ST
Hanad Salad, 25, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court.

CENTRAL SQUARE
Police responded to Central Square for a report of a crash involving an e-bike. The vehicle operator was cited, one involved person was evaluated by EMS but refused transport to a hospital.

CONCORD AVE
A Concord Ave resident reported a past larceny. Reporting person stated an unknown person had stolen laundry from the communal laundry room at their residence.

BISHOP ALLEN DR & PROSPECT ST
Police responded to the area of Bishop Allen Drive at Prospect Street for the report of an assault & battery. A cyclist stated that a pedestrian had struck them with a cloth bag. No injuries were reported.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Police responded to a Cambridge Street medical facility on a report of a disturbance. Staff member reported that a patient had physically assaulted them. No injuries were reported.

GRISWOLD ST
A Griswold Street resident reported a past incident of identity fraud. Victim stated their bank had contacted them about $25,000 in unauthorized transactions.

CONCORD AVE & WATERHOUSE ST
Police responded to Garden Street for a report of a hit and run crash. Operators stated their vehicle was struck by another in traffic, causing minor injuries.

SHERMAN ST
Teddy McCarran, 33, of Medford, was placed under arrest on charges of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, Open Container, Possession of a Class E Substance and Possession of a Class B Substance. Officers interacted with McCarran during a traffic stop, he exhibited multiple indicators of impairment.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue for the report of a motor vehicle crash. One vehicle operator had opened their door into another vehicle, causing damage.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Police responded to a Cambridge Street business for a past shoplifting report. Employee stated a suspect had stolen $7.00 worth of merchandise and fled.

MONTGOMERY ST
Police responded to Montgomery St for reports of a neighbor dispute.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Police responded to an Alewife business for a report of a past shoplifting. Store manager stated a suspect had stolen various cosmetic products and a pair of $30 sunglasses.

GREEN ST
Police responded to Green Street for the report of harassment. Victim stated that they got in an argument with a skateboarder in traffic on Green Street.

CENTRAL SQUARE
Jamie Nucci, 54, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest on two (2) active warrants out of Cambridge District Court.

CARVER ST
Police responded to Carver Street for a report of a larceny. Victim stated their bike, valued at $300, was stolen from outside a Harvard Square business.

CENTRAL SQUARE
Matthew Podymaitis, 32, of Somerville was arrested on a warrant out of Boston Municipal Court.

HARVARD SQUARE
Police responded to Harvard Square for reports of a past assault & battery. Victim stated a known person had thrown a water bottle at them. No injuries were reported.

CENTRAL SQUARE
Officers on patrol were flagged down about a crash involving a cyclist in Central Square. The vehicle operator was cited, the cyclist was evaluated by EMS but declined transportation to a hospital.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for a stolen motor vehicle. Victim stated their motorcycle, valued at $1,200, was stolen from where they'd left it.

PORTER SQUARE
Police responded to a Porter Square business for a report of a shoplifting. Store employee stated an unknown suspect had stolen items with an estimated value between $100 and $200.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for a larceny from a building. Victim stated their laptop, valued at $1,200, had been taken from a conference being held in the area of Massachusetts Ave.
