An employee of a Massachusetts business reported a suspect had stolen $4.00 of merchandise and fled.

FOREST ST
Police responded to Forest St. for a report of a scam. Reporting person stated they were tricked into spending approximately $2,000 on gift cards.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Adam Kasevich, 35, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for four (4) active warrants out of courts in Taunton, Cambridge, Brookline, and Waltham.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Andy Dau, 32, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for two (2) active warrants out of Cambridge District Court.

SUFFOLK ST
Officers responded to Suffolk St. for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

CAMBRIDGE ST
A Somerville resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to the Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, The violations were uncovered by officers responding to a crash on Cambridge St. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.

COLUMBIA ST
Police responded to Columbia St. for a report of harassment. Reporting person stated there has been an on-going issue between neighbors.

ELM ST E
Police responded to an Elm Street residence for a harassment report. Reporting person stated there have been on-going issues with their neighbor.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Boston resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Shoplifting by Asportation. An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported the suspect had stolen $16.99 of merchandise.

GREEN ST & PEARL ST
A Green St. business owner reported suspected drug activity outside.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Abdul Ahmed, 52, of Somerville, was arrested on multiple charges related to the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, shoplifting, unlawful possession of controlled substances, and a warrant out of New Hampshire. Police responded to an Alewife Brook Pkwy business for a report of a shoplifting. Store staff reported Ahmed had stolen $34 worth of merchandise and fled. Officers stopped Ahmed nearby, he was found to have a loaded firearm without a License to Carry, Suspected Fentanyl, Suspected Crack Cocaine, and prescription pills on his person.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
An employee of a Alewife Brook Pkwy business reported a suspect had stolen $8.00 of merchandise. The suspect was stopped and identified by police, all stolen merchandise was then returned to the store.

CENTRAL SQUARE
Rickey Mejia, 33, of Boston was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment. An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported Meija had stolen $218 of merchandise.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & PROSPECT ST
Police responded to Massachusetts Ave. and Prospect St. for a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. Pedestrian sustained minor injuries. Vehicle operator was cited.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Dorchester resident reported that their scooter, valued at approximately $1,100, was stolen from outside a business located at Massachusetts Ave.

WENDELL ST
Police responded to Wendell St. for a report of threats. Reporting person stated a known individual had made verbal threats about shooting another during an argument.

COLUMBIA ST
An employee of a Columbia St. business reported a suspect had stolen $1.00 of merchandise and fled.

SIXTH ST
Police responded to Sixth St. for a report of harassment. Reporting person stated there has been an on-going neighbor dispute.

DOUGLASS ST & MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police took a report for a past crash that occurred on Douglass St. and Massachusetts Ave. Person involved in the crash reported a moped struck their motor vehicle and fled .

AMORY ST
Officers responded to Amory St. for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

RINDGE AVE
Officers responded to Rindge Ave. for a hit & run crash. Reporting person stated their scooter was struck by a motor vehicle inside a parking lot. Non-life-threatening injuries were reported.
