Police responded to the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a shoplifting incident. Ralph Milord, 29, of Boston, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Suffolk District Court. While in custody, Milord began to resist and intimidate officers by threatening to take their firearms. Milord also threatened to punch an officer. Milord was charged with shoplifting, resisting arrest and witness intimidation.
