Police conducting a routine vehicle registration inquiry, at a traffic signal, determined the motor vehicle was reported stolen. The driver told officers they had permission to use the vehicle. Officers contacted the registered owner who said the vehicle was taken without their consent. Jaycee Bressette, 32, of Lynn, was placed under arrest for receiving a stolen motor vehicle, using a motor vehicle without authority, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
