Police responded to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave at Upland Rd. As a result of the collision, a Spencer resident was issued an application for criminal complaint for (1) 90/10- Unlicensed operation and (2) 90/14- Improper turn. The owner of the vehicle, also a Spencer resident, was issued an application for criminal complaint for allowing an improper operator.
