Police observed a motor vehicle proceed through a stop sign at Cardinal Medeiros Ave and Bristol Street without stopping. Rony Telusma, 68, of Malden, was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of Boston District Court. While conducting the motor vehicle stop, officers also determined the driver had an expired driver’s license, revoked registration, and insurance. The driver was cited for those violations.
