Business Emergency Contact Form
This form will be used by the Cambridge Emergency Communications Department in the event of an emergency after business hours for use by the Fire, Police and/or EMS. The information will be kept confidential in the Cambridge Emergency Communications Center.
Laboratories do not need to complete this form because the information is included in the 24-hour contact form required before receiving a flammable permit.
