    Police responded to a Central Square bar for an assault & battery report. Victim reported they were punched multiple times by an unknown suspect, unprovoked.

    A Cambridge firefighter reported they were involved in a hit & run crash. CFD stated an unknown motorist had struck a ladder truck that was responding to a call, causing minor damage. The motorist told firefighters they were uninjured and fled the scene without exchanging information.

    A Rhode Island resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway. Violation was uncovered during a traffic stop for an observed violation in Harvard Square.
