WATER ST
Police responded to Water St. for a report of an abandoned motor vehicle.

CAMBRIDGE ST & DANA ST
Officers responded to Cambridge St. and Dana St. for a vehicle crash. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while waiting at a stop sign. One involved person sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

MAIN ST
A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to the Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. The violations were uncovered during a traffic stop on Main St.

HILLSIDE AVE
Police responded to Hillside Ave on a report of a possible scam. Reporting person stated that an unknown individual was asking them private information over the phone.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported a suspect had stolen $173 of merchandise and fled prior to the arrival of officers.

WHEELER ST
Police responded to Wheeler St. for a disturbance. Reporting person stated their had been a dispute with building staff over parking.

MAGAZINE ST
Police responded to a Magazine St. for a larceny report. Reporting person contacted police after noticing laundry taken from a communal dryer.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported a suspect tried to steal merchandise. The suspect was stopped and identified.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported a suspect had stolen $71 of merchandise and fled.

GREEN ST
A Green St. resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $600, was stolen from the intersection of Sparks St. and Huron Avenue.

STORY ST
A Story St. resident reported that a package, containing $300 in merchandise, was stolen from the front of their residence.

WHITE ST
An employee of a White St. business reported a suspect had stolen $200 of merchandise and fled prior to the arrival of officers.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Shaun Barry, 35, unhoused, was placed under arrest on charges of Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise, Possession of Class B substance, Receive Stolen Property, and a warrant out of Waltham District Court. Officers stopped Barry after a Porter Square business reported he'd stolen $752.46 worth of merchandise. Barry was found to have a white, powdered substance suspected to be cocaine on his person.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Police responded to Alewife Brook Parkway for a report of defaced property. Reporting person stated an individual kicked the front bumper of their vehicle, causing damage.

SIXTH ST
A Sixth St. resident stated an acquaintance had stolen $50 cash and assaulted them with pepper spray.

PROSPECT ST
A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges related to operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a public roadway without a valid drivers license. The violations were uncovered during a traffic stop on Prospect St.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to a Massachusetts Ave. business for two unwanted persons inside who had made threats.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to Central Square for a report of a disturbance. Victim stated an unknown suspect had thrown their property on the ground.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A Boston resident reported that their e-bike, valued at $1,000, was stolen from a bike rack located at Massachusetts Ave.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Heamil Prince, 18, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise. An employee of a Central Square business reported that Prince had taken $22 worth of merchandise.

SOMERVILLE AVE
An employee of a Somerville Ave. business reported a suspect had stolen $110 of merchandise and fled prior to the arrival of officers.

AUBURN ST & MAGAZINE ST
A Cambridge resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $1,700, was stolen from a bike rack located at the corner of Auburn St. and Magazine St.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Police responded to an Alewife Brook Parkway business for report of a disturbance. Employee stated their had been a dispute with a customer.

ATHENAEUM ST & SECOND ST
Police responded to Athenaeum Street & Second Street for a report of an unattended backpack. The item was inspected by the Explosive Ordnance Unit (EOD) and determined not to be hazardous.
