The Erie St resident gave his son a key to his apartment because he was going to be away. The son made many unauthorized withdrawals via cashing checks and debit cards. A total of fourteen checks have been cashed totaling $2372.00 since March.

10/03/2015 09:50 INCIDENT 15007456 A&B c265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Framingham resident and his girlfriend, a Natick resident, walked into the Cambridge Police Station to report an incident that happened earlier that morning. The male stated that outside of a club on Massachusetts Avenue, he, his girlfriend and her friend were all assaulted by seven or eight black males in front of the club and later on the side street around the corner.

He left it there inadvertently after coming home and entering his house. The guitar and its case were taken along with a cell phone.

10/04/2015 02:21 INCIDENT 15007485 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Paul Back, 32, 397 Beacon Street, Boston, was arrested for Malicious Damage to a Motor Vehicle and Malicious Destruction Under $250, after he was observed kicking a motor vehicle several times and destroying its passenger side view mirror. Back also destroyed a radio ear piece, belonging to a Massachusetts Avenue night club security officer.

Juma reportedly tried on a pair of boots from a local store, left his own shoes behind and left the store without making any attempt to pay for it.

10/04/2015 22:26 INCIDENT 15007499 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	BISHOP ALLEN DR A Cambridge resident called to report a break to the rear door of a Bishop Allen Drive establishment. While moving her car, the reporting person observed the rear door ajar. Upon further investigation, Cambridge Police Officers determined that nothing had been tampered with or was out of place.
