MT AUBURN ST
Cambridge Police responded to the Eliot Street garage for a report of a woman passed out in a motor vehicle. After speaking with the vehicle’s owner, it was determined that Kristen McCouch, 31, homeless, entered the vehicle without permission, removed items from the vehicle and broke the arm rest of the vehicle. McCouch was placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering to a Motor Vehicle in the Nighttime (266/16) and Malicious Destruction of Property over $250(266/12).
