Savannah Wobecky, 19, 550 Teaticket Highway in East Falmouth, was also placed under arrest for a warrant issued by Dennis District Court for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

A business located inside of Harvard Square called to report that a customer found what they believed were empty baggies of heroin inside of a bathroom. Surveillance video was retrieved that showed a potential suspect entering and exiting the bathroom during this time.

Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigation Unit arrested Luis Couto, 41, 1711 Liberty Street in Braintree, and charged him with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A (Heroin) Substance and Conspiracy to Violate the Control Substance Act. Also arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A (Heroin) Substance and Conspiracy to Violate the Control Substance Act was John Morgan, 54, 105 Sciarappa Street in Cambridge.
