A motor vehicle stop was performed in the area of First Street at Spring Street (public ways) after officers observed that the involved vehicle's registration was found to be revoked for insurance. The operator/owner of the vehicle was issued a criminal application for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
