A delivery driver was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Massachusetts Avenue. The Delivery driver was then physically assaulted by an unknown person associated with the operator of the other vehicle involved in the accident. As officers arrived on scene the vehicle that was involved in the accident and a second vehicle containing the suspect in the assault fled the area. Officers were able to stop the vehicle involved in the accident and as a result the operator, a Boston MA,  resident, will be summonsed for Leaving the Scene of a MV Accident with Property Damage.

A Cambridge MA, resident who works from home reports receiving numerous phone calls from "Online Phishers" informing him he has won a Loan and needs to send them money to claim it. The victim works in Anti Cyber Crime and recognized the scam as well. The callers have called numerous times. Some of these messages have resulted in profanity used toward the victim.

Cambridge Police became aware of a shoplifting that took place. Two females, Dennise Rivera, 20, of 33 Union Street, of Brockton MA, and a juvenile were arrested for stealing from a retail store. An investigation began that revealed that the two suspects stole a total of $354.41 from five retail stores. The individuals were charged with Shoplifting over 100.00 by Asportation.

Cambridge Police were dispatched to Third Street. It was apparent that a pedestrian was unhappy with the cab driver that was driving by him. The pedestrian was not in a crosswalk. However, the cab driver let the pedestrian cross. The pedestrian raised his hand and stated something as he walked by. As the cab driver attempted to drive away, the pedestrian punch the front passenger side window which caused it to shatter.

Backpack was opened and empty with no identification inside. The backpack was disposed of it in the proper manner.

Breveleri dragged a woman down a dark driveway, smashed a window to the front door of where she was staying with a guitar, then tried to get in through the door he broke after he was told to leave and not allowed in.

Upon my arrival the store clerk stated that a man entered the gas station and left ten dollars on the counter and asked to put that amount of gas in his car. The pump was activated by the clerk and the man proceeded to put in $32.54 in gas. The clerk advised the man that he had to pay the difference but the man got in his car and drove off without paying.
